It is well understood that the distribution of personal income in society is strongly related to the quality of education people access in life. There is an increasing demand for higher level skills which is not made accessible to semi urban or rural people. Education is critical for peace building; when a person is educated, he not only understands and possesses academic knowledge, but also moral values, norms, etiquettes, proper code of conduct, decency, and effective communication methods; education will enable him to find effective ways to resolve conflicts without resorting to violence. The importance of education for peace and development, and to reaffirm the appeal for universal access to high-quality education. Education always enables individual to acquire understanding about what is appropriate and what is inappropriate and make wise decisions. Even in the most challenging conditions, access to a good education is seen as a right that should be protected. It can supply information and skilfulness that provide safety in the midst of a contentious scenario or any sort of argument, while in the long run, it can provide significances and ways that provide a foundation for transforming conflicts and disputes inside it. Education is closely linked to socialisation and character development processes, both of which are necessary for economic growth and individual and national success, and which can serve as a major medium for social consistency.
